Hello, fellow side-by-side fridge owner (or renter, in my case). Trying to organize a side-by-side fridge is a hassle. It seems that all we can do is just stuff food in the fridge, and hope that it doesn’t fall out because it’s getting too full.
I’ve been longing for a regular top-bottom fridge for a while, but I’ve decided to get over it. Talk about first world problems! I’ve turned to Pinterest for Side-By-Side Refrigerator Organization inspiration, and found these fantastic examples of using space in a side-by-side like a pro:
1. This freezer is from Jen at IHeartOrganizing. Seriously, I love everything she organizes. But, don’t you just love the clear bins she used to store stuff? And did you notice that even her chicken and fish come in pretty turquoise packages? Wow! (The turquoise frozen stuff is from Target, by the way.)
2. This fridge is from Sweeter Still. I love the use of bins, and because they’re white, they blend in with the rest of the fridge. Check out the site for more pictures and before and after pictures.
3. This fridge is from…Pinterest? Ugh. It was one of those pins that didn’t really go to a site. If you know who this belongs to, please send me a message and let me know. I’d like to give them credit for their genious-ness of using a lazy susan in the fridge. Rotating condiments and beverages sounds like a welcome alternative to going on an archeological dig every time I want to use some mustard.
4. This last fridge is from Organizing Made Fun. Love the clear bins that allow for more vertical storage. Snazzy!
Do you have a side-by-side fridge? Do you love it or hate it? What do you do to organize it?
